We are working with a wonderful not-for-profit based in the Sydney CBD and they are looking for a Customer Service/Donor Services Officer for a temp to perm opportunity. A Donor Services Officer is the front-line service for a charity's incredible supporters and donors. Your role will be to advise callers about the impact that your charity is making and to ensure they are thanked for their kind support. Key responsibilities and duties include: Providing great customer service to supporters and general public, including supporting fundraising and campaigning activity Processing of internet, mail and telephone donations, batching, banking donations and receipting Setting up campaigns and reporting Updating supporter records in the database, such as change of address, return to senders, communication preferences and payment details Ensuring data integrity throughout all processes To be considered for this role, it is important that you: Have phone-based customer service and data entry experience. Have a friendly and calm phone manner. Have excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
