Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist customers at the sales counter, providing product information and recommendations. Process sales transactions Manage and maintain inventory levels at the counter, ensuring products are well-stocked and organized. Provide technical assistance and support to customers Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide after-sales support as needed. Maintain a clean and organized sales area, adhering to company policies and safety standards. Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to better serve customers. Qualifications: Previous experience in counter sales, retail, or a customer service role, preferably in a similar industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused attitude. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Basic computer skills, including familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems.
