Look no further… Who will I be working for? My client are a market leading digital advertising and design agency that are multi-award winners within the creative and technology space. They give clients full access to the creative process and manage end-to-end vision from design to execution. Key Responsibilities: Provide leadership to the current design team, fostering a culture of creativity and innovation Translate creative strategy into design, which aligns with clients needs and wants Develop future fit designs and art directions Oversee design projects, from starting as a concept to being completed, across multiple channels Work closely with interma; and external stakeholders Manage design budgets and resources effectively, optimising costs whilst maintaining design quality What are they looking for: Skills - Expert knowledge of design software - Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, AI tools, G-Suite Strong understanding of UX/UI principles Strong understanding of Advertising practises Excellent understanding of motion design Attributes - Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to juggle multiple projects at any given time Ability to think strategically and solve complex design challenges Excellent ability to inspire and lead a design team Requirements - 12 years of experience working as a creative in advertising An excellent portfolio of past work AWARD school, Ad school or any other creative courses Blender / Cinema 4D knowledge is a plus For any extra information feel free to reach out to me on - 0483951183 jtuckersiriuspeople.com.au
