We dedicate ourselves to tailoring our services to each participant's unique preferences and interests, matching our workers with participants who share common likes and dislikes, whether it be sports, hobbies, or creative pursuits. We welcome candidates with a variety of interests and skills that can enrich the lives of our participants. Our services support participants with disabilities across various levels of complexity and age groups, focusing on meeting individual goals while promoting choice and control. These services range from Complex Needs and Behaviours of Concern support, including personal care and manual handling, to Social Groups and Community Participation. Even if you don’t have previous experience, we provide relevant training and support for our workers to assist you in building capacity and independence for our participants. The most important qualities we seek are an understanding of working with people at varying levels of ability, a genuine interest in helping others by providing quality supports, and a positive attitude. We are looking for individuals who can work consistent yet flexible hours to suit our participants. Generally, hours are between 8 am and 6 pm from Monday to Sunday, with the possibility of evenings depending on the needs of our participants and our programmes. Candidates will also be required to meet the following compliance: Current (or willingness to obtain) Working With Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check; Access to reliable insured vehicle, current Drivers Licence and good driving record; Mobile Phone with Internet access; Minimum three COVID-19 vaccination doses and annual Influenza vaccination.
