The Technical Services Officer will be responsible in assisting customers with any technical query that may develop. Main duties/Responsibilities: Attending to technical enquiries received by way of phone, email & mail. Provide advice and product information as relevant to enquiry. Attending to visitors in the showroom by providing general product advice and technical support. Organising the return of service products as well as testing the returned goods and complete the necessary paperwork to dispose or return the goods back to stock. Enter service calls in database. Distributing Service calls (warranty and non-warranty) to installers and dealers. If required, complete the necessary paperwork and arrange parts to be dispatched for servicing. Following up on any service-related enquiries. Process warranty invoices and make enquires if necessary. Picking and packing goods. Raising and printing consignments and booking transport. Skills & Experience You have at least 1-2 years of experience working in an administrative or call centre environment, with a focus on customer service. You possess strong organizational, problem-solving, negotiation, and time-management skills. You have excellent organizational and prioritizing skills and can manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively. You have the ability to be flexible within the workplace and work effectively within a team environment.
