Job Description Robert Bosch (Australia) Pty Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Undergraduate Customer Services Student to join our Mobility Aftermarket division on a Full-Time basis (would consider part-time 4 days per week) for 12-months commencing October 2024 based at our Clayton Headquarters. You will gain valuable experience and knowledge as an integral part of our Mobility Aftermarket team. Some of the tasks that you will undertake with us include: Assisting in driving customer service excellence in AO (Australia & Oceania) through the implementation and refinement of regional standardised process for the MA (Mobility Aftermarket) AO business. Supporting and driving continuous improvement through data analytics, monitoring of KPI’s, and development of effective measures to improve Customer Service Level. Building sufficient knowledge of Customer Service Order to Cash (O2C), Supply Chain and Procure To Pay (P2P) process to provide operational support to the MA-AO team. Providing support for the MA-AO team, resolving issues by closely working with central functions, Management and Shared Service colleagues. Conducting value stream workshops with indirect areas to identify areas for improvement and document target processes.
