About the role We have a permanent opportunity for a UX Designer Based in our Balcatta office, you’ll be responsible for optimising end-to-end user experience design across digital products. Includes aligning to design methodologies and process to design and deliver digital products and channels in line with the Corporations strategies to meet objectives. Who are we? What you can expect with this role Deliver digital experience outcomes aligned to the Customer Strategy. Deliver and collaborate on user research and usability testing to understand customer behavior, refine design approaches, and validate solutions. Assess deliverables from the CX team and lead the interface experience design for digital customer solutions. Leverage knowledge and insights from Customer Experience Designers to conduct initial problem and opportunity analysis, research, document and prioritise findings into recommendations. Facilitate design thinking workshops to identify issues, solutions and to synthesise requirements. Your skills and experience Tertiary level qualification or equivalent in a digital, communications, design or customer service-related discipline. Relevant UX design experience across web, portal and mobile experience projects. Relevant experience with design and prototyping tools to create a wide variety of deliverables, including flow maps, wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes. Relevant experience with design thinking and agile development processes and methodologies with a strong focus on human centred design, ideally in house in a large and complex organisation or agency capacity. Ability to deliver successful digital customer experience projects and initiatives. Sound like a match?
