We are looking for a Product Designer to join the Customer Experience Team and work closely with Marketing on acquisition initiatives driven through our website. We are looking for someone who is passionate about optimisation, data-driven decision-making, and designing for consistency and scale. You will work closely with our marketing team members to focus on optimising, adapting, and scaling our website to answer users' needs and drive conversion. As a Product Designer at Mable, you will use your skills to: Understand the needs of current and potential customers, to develop and refine webpages and flows for our WordPress-based website; driving conversion and user satisfaction. You will be responsible for the design process from start to finish, from research, wireframing, design, launch, and optimisation. Set high design standards and consistency across our public-facing website, collaborating closely with marketing, CX, and engineering members to create engaging and on-brand landing pages that drive conversion. Work closely with our marketing team to optimise experiences, journeys and outcomes. Effectively manage differing priorities, needs and timelines. Facilitate workshops with a diversity of stakeholders for input and review of requirements and designs. Contribute to an establishing design system to create efficiency in prototyping and development. Positively contribute to establishing design culture at a scaling tech business. Assemble pages in WordPress using content blocs developed from your designs. Work closely with developers to refine blocs and ensure they continue to meet the needs of our publishers and users. More about you: Experience with WordPress for website design and content management. Minimum of 2-3 years of professional work within the experience design field, with experience working in digital marketing programs. Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate with stakeholders, empathise directly with our customers and drive consensus cross-functionally. Mastery of Figma and other emergent UX and UI tools. Keen attention to detail in how you develop and apply components, content and patterns. Ideally having experience in health, well-being and/or aged care sectors; highlights a maturity in understanding the diversity of needs across our platform. Ability to own and influence solutions from scratch and/or improve existing flows, all with a user-centred design process. Experience working directly with developers for the implementation of designs. Sydney-based, yet comfortable working with a remote team.
