You will be responsible for coordinating all pre-construction activities, including estimating, budgeting, scheduling, and liaising with key stakeholders. Your attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks will be crucial in driving the success of our residential projects. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with the design, estimating, and project management teams to prepare and finalize project scopes, budgets, and timelines. Coordinate the preparation and submission of necessary permits, approvals, and other documentation. Manage relationships with clients, architects, subcontractors, and suppliers during the pre-construction phase. Review and analyze project plans, specifications, and contracts to identify potential risks or opportunities for value engineering. Ensure that all pre-construction activities are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Maintain accurate records and documentation throughout the pre-construction process. Qualifications and Experience: Proven experience in a similar role within the residential construction industry. Strong understanding of construction processes, codes, and regulations. Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills. Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
