You will oversee daily activities, ensuring that all processes, from receiving and storing to distribution, are conducted accurately and safely. Your leadership and organisational skills will be crucial in maintaining high standards of inventory management and team performance. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of warehouse staff to ensure efficient operations. Oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of products, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company procedures. Conduct regular inspections and stock checks to maintain optimal inventory levels and accuracy. Implement and enforce safety protocols and company policies to ensure a safe working environment. Manage the picking, packing, and shipping of orders, ensuring timely and correct deliveries. Training, support and performance management to warehouse staff, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. Assist with general warehouse tasks as needed and handle any issues that arise. You: Proven experience in a warehouse management or supervisory role. Strong understanding of warehouse operations, including inventory management and safety regulations. Proficiency in operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment; forklift certification is required. Excellent organisational skills with a keen eye for detail. Ability to lift heavy objects and work on your feet for extended periods. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
