Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Bar Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our bar. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the bar staff, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining inventory levels, and ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations. The Bar Supervisor will also be responsible for creating a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for our customers. Responsibilities: Manage and supervise the bar staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling Ensure excellent customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and resolving any issues that arise Maintain inventory levels by ordering supplies and monitoring stock levels Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and storage Create a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for customers by maintaining a clean and organized bar area, playing music, and hosting events Develop and implement promotions and marketing strategies to increase sales and attract new customers Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement Manage the bar's budget and expenses, including tracking revenue and expenses, and making adjustments as needed Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in hospitality or related field preferred Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role in the bar or hospitality industry Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to handle difficult situations with tact and diplomacy Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines Knowledge of health and safety regulations and procedures Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
