For more information about our school and offerings, please visit our website Home - Trinity Grammar School The Position Trinity Grammar School is seeking to appoint an experienced and innovative Deputy Director of Teaching & Learning Junior Years (ELC-6) to help implement and guide our personalised learning vision. The Deputy Director of Teaching and Learning (Junior School) is required promote creative, innovative thinking among colleagues in curriculum, pedagogy and learning in line with the values and requirements of Trinity Grammar School, and both ACARA and the International Baccalaureate (IB). Key accountabilities of this position include learning and development, assessment and reporting, driving the implementation of Personalised Learning for students and staff, student and staff engagement and PYP coordination. Responsibilities include: Ensuring that teaching strategies are developed, implemented, and reviewed according to their impact on student learning, including the use of data to measure impact on student learning Working collaboratively with the school’s curriculum leadership team to ensure that best practices in assessment and reporting are maintained. Working with Junior School Leadership team members to ensure the recognition of academic achievement Implementing in-house professional learning opportunities across the Junior school, in line with the School’s Strategic Plan Please refer to the position description link for more information about this position.
