Temporary contract starting 9th September Based near Botany $32-35 per hour super The Company: Leading FMCG brand with a great internal culture are seeking a reliable and personable Receptionist to join the team and provide exceptional front desk support during a transition. The Role: You will be the first point of contact for our clients, visitors, and employees. Your primary responsibilities will include managing the front desk, handling phone calls, greeting guests, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations. Responsibilities: Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner. Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate personnel. Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages. Schedule appointments and meetings. Maintain the reception area in a tidy and organized manner. Assist with basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation. Handle inquiries and provide information about the company and its services. Support staff with various tasks as needed to ensure efficient office operations. Requirements: Previous experience in a receptionist or front desk role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic office equipment. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Ability to handle multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Professional appearance and demeanour.
