As our Process Owner – Sales, Onboarding and Renewals, you'll be at the forefront of transforming our sales and customer onboarding processes for our top 15,000 high-value business customers. Design cutting-edge sales tactics and campaigns that fuel customer acquisition and revenue growth. Develop seamless onboarding and renewal processes that ensure lasting customer loyalty. Empower frontline teams with the best tools and training to excel. Continuously monitor and fine-tune performance metrics for optimal outcomes. Drive a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. Strategically manage profit margins to ensure sustainable growth and launch cross-selling initiatives to boost customer value. What will you bring? You will be a visionary leader passionate about driving exceptional customer experiences and leading high-performing teams. With proven success in leading transformative sales programs and, driving customer satisfaction and retention. You will also be able to demonstrate: Degree in Management, Business Administration, or related field. Extensive senior leadership experience in a B2B setting. Strategic, analytical, and innovative mindset. Exceptional organisational and project management skills. Energy industry knowledge is a plus. Outstanding communication and leadership abilities.
