The Department The SBS Inclusion Program is an initiative of SBS Media. The SBS Inclusion Program is comprised of a growing portfolio of courses and filmed assets which are currently licensed to more than 1000 organisations and more than 1.2 million employees. The premium training program has been designed to build social cohesion through fostering workplace inclusion. The Role Working closely with the Client Solutions Manager and sales team, you will be responsible for selling and licensing the SBS Inclusion Program online courses to organisations and strengthening the relationship between SBS and these organisations. This position is an integral member of the sales team and is expected to contribute to multiple projects that are designed specifically to assist in meeting sales objectives and delivering premium client service to a large and expanding customer base. Your responsibilities will include: Promptly respond to sales opportunities and enquiries related to the SBS Inclusion Program Utilise your strong relationship skills to build on existing pipeline and extend to new potential customers Listen to clients and provide diversity, inclusion and social cohesion training solutions for their organisations Build long term relationships with a large number of organisations (predominantly middle-senior management in HR, L&D, DEI and ESG) to encourage ongoing licensing of existing and new products and services Accountable for customer satisfaction and sales by providing premium customer service to clients throughout their journey from enquiry to sale and beyond in a demanding deadline driven environment Well-developed sales and customer service skills, with the ability to uphold these in a demanding deadline driven environment. Manage onboarding process for clients Host and attend client meetings Accurately maintain client databases and CRM information. About You Excellent client service and relationship skills Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, Environment, Sustainability & Governance awareness/experience Demonstrated capacity to keep up to date with inclusion trends, social issues and emerging policies that affect workplaces and the clients we have relationships with Contribute to the setting and achievement of SBS Inclusion program objectives Actively contribute to DEI and ESG content creation and strategic discussions Demonstrated ability to balance competing priorities to meet set targets/outcomes swiftly.
