In this unique role, you will provide crucial support to both our Sales and Property Management teams, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional service. Key Responsibilities: Assist with out of office property inspections, ensuring that properties meet standards and are ready for prospective clients or tenants. Offer comprehensive assistance in the office across both Sales and Property Management departments, contributing to efficient workflow and team success. Provide general administrative support to the Sales Team as required. Oversee the lease renewal process and manage lease approvals, ensuring that all documentation is handled accurately and promptly. Assist with maintenance requests and manage arrears, addressing issues quickly to maintain high tenant satisfaction and property standards. Provide general administrative support to the Senior Property Manager, including document preparation, data management, and scheduling. Requirements: Experience in property management, sales support, or a similar administrative role is highly desirable. Currently QLD Real Estate Certificate of Registration Strong organisational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in office software and property management systems. Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with team members. Why Join Us?
