They are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Fleet Sales Manager to join their team and help drive their fleet sales operations to new heights. The Fleet Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing and growing the fleet sales department. This role involves developing and maintaining relationships with corporate clients, government agencies, and other organizations with fleet needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the automotive industry. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategies to achieve fleet sales targets and increase market share. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective fleet customers. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the fleet sector. Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with fleet clients. Coordinate with the dealership’s inventory and finance departments to ensure availability and financing options meet client needs. Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process and beyond. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to stay ahead of the competition. Prepare and present sales reports to senior management. Lead and mentor the fleet sales team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement. Qualifications: Proven experience in sales, preferably within the automotive industry or fleet management. Strong understanding of fleet sales, leasing, and financing options. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. Valid driver’s license.
