We are seeking a Sales Training & Development Associate Manager to join our team based in North Sydney. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement the Galderma ANZ Sales Capability strategy to enhance selling skills within the sales force. Design and deliver engaging sales training workshops and field coaching sessions. Assess sales competencies and partner with Sales Managers to address identified skill gaps through targeted training. Create and execute product knowledge reinforcement programs to ensure comprehensive understanding across all Business Units. Facilitate workshops and meetings, embodying Galderma’s values and serving as a role model for the sales team. Skills & Qualifications Education : Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (or completion within the first 12 months), or similar University Degree in Health, Medical, or Life Sciences would be advantageous. Experience : 5 years in Sales with a proven track record, including 2 years in Sales management and coaching. Experience in Consumer Health or FMCG preferred. Training Expertise : Proficiency in instructional design, delivery of training materials, and assessment around Sales or Product training. Sales Expertise : Strong background in sales, preferably in dermatology or pharmaceuticals, with a deep understanding of sales processes and techniques. Interpersonal Skills : Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with a proven ability to coach and collaborate effectively across teams.
