This role is around 20-25 hours per week and they have flexibility as to what hours you would work. In this role, you will be responsible for: Liaising with external parties (e.g. real estate agents and lawyers, for SMSF property purchases, estates, etc.) Client correspondence, inbound and outbound Covering phone and reception as needed Filing, scanning and archiving About You Experience working in an accounting firm or professional services is ideal Experience using the ATO and ASIC portals A positive and hard working attitude Be a people person and love talking to new people Microsoft Office Suite experience High attention to detail Company Culture This is a boutique firm which pride themselves on their "family" like culture.
