An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated Administrator to join our Learning & Development (L&D) team on a 12-month maternity leave cover. Based in Wetherill Park, you will be an integral part of a thriving business with a highly successful Registered Training Centre. This Centre offers staff the chance to develop their skills, gain competencies, and earn relevant certifications. In this role, your key responsibilities will include supporting the L&D team with the business's training needs and accurately maintaining records in our Learning Management System (LMS). Additionally, you will assist with the enrolment and reporting of all trainees to ensure compliance with ASQA and State Training services. This part-time role offers the flexibility to work three days a week. About you This role is ideal for someone with strong organisational skills, experience in database administration, and a keen attention to detail.
