Admin support duties: 80% Ensure customers needs are addressed in a efficient and timely manner Timely completion of administration tasks related to the efficient operation of the Warehouse. Tasks include: Planning the daily orders in their system. - Responding to email queries Confirming orders of inbound and outbound orders in system Communicating with leaders and staff on important updates Filing Interact effectively with relevant staff on the implementation of operational processes, procedures and operational excellence methodologies? Pickpacker/Storeperson duties: 20% Picking, packing, and loading products based on daily orders Receiving, stocking, and stacking incoming stock Scanning and sorting outgoing stock Meets specifics of customer orders in a timely manner. Monitors product quality frequently, reporting problems to mitigate safety issues. Reports any mechanical problems. Follows good manufacturing practices and required work safe practices. Maintains a clean, sanitary, and safe work area. Performs other duties as assigned. Preferred level of experience: Someone with 3 years' experience who can hit the ground running is preferred.
