Due to growth they are seeking a motivated admin and accounts clerk to join a small team in the heart of Sydney CBD. You will play a varied, dual role supporting the office manager as well as finance team on varied duties; General administrative duties Reception duties Booking of flights, entertainment Accounts payable preparation on an ad hoc basis Processing of staff expenses reimbursement and credit cards transactions Assist with month-end reconciliations and processes Due to the dual nature of the role, the unique opportunity exists to potentially grow in either office management or accounting in future About you Availability for work Mon, Tues and Fri and working rights Experience in a similar, well rounded and broad role ideally encompassing aspects of office administration and finance (Accounts Payable and general ledger transactions) will be preferred however isn't considered essential Previous experience in MYOB will be highly regarded Strong English skills, both written and verbal Accuracy and attention to detail Ability to be flexible in moving between different roles and companies Accounting qualifications (diploma or degree) will be well-regarded
