This is a diverse, general office management role, supporting an upmarket, boutique commercial real estate group close to central Brisbane. A modern brand focused on managing commercial, industrial and retail properties, this business is looking for a self starter, problem solver, office all-rounder who is comfortable overseeing both general marketing initiatives and administration management. Your duties will include: Managing and creating social media Creating marketing initiatives, brochures and flyers through templates Property management administration support General PA duties - Diary management & appointment setting Email and office administration management Requirements Hold (or be willing to complete) a QLD Real Estate Certificate Own car Available Full-Time, Monday to Friday Strong written and verbal communication skills Strong customer service skills Comfortable working within a team or autonomously Strong social skills Experience with Canva Experience with InDesign (preferred but not essential) Benefits Take on a diverse, business critical role within an upmarket, boutique environment A stable business with an excellent company culture and staff retention record A modern business, supportive of family events.
