ABOUT THE ROLE: We have an exciting and new opportunity for a Project Administrator to join our Business Development Team. This is a full time position over a 12 month contract period, with the potential to extend, where the successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating all project management requirements of the business, along with providing the utmost level of customer service to our boutiques with maintenance requests. The responsibilities will be broken up into 3 parts with some key duties including Construction and maintenance: Support relevant store and concept development activities Coordinate and monitor all architectural and construction activities involved with store renovation, new openings and improvements Sustainability: Collect, monitor and track electricity, water and waste data from all facilities in Australia. Electricity contract renewal and negotiate better rates for renewable energy option. Prepare data files for reporting on Group Sustainability KPI’s. Permanent New Store Visual Merchandising Update Store Master form Coordinate permanent Visual/signage print and delivery ABOUT YOU: Strong customer service approach to all internal and external stakeholders.
