The Job: A key position as part of the A/NZ leadership team, the Finance & Administration Manager will work closely with the Managing Director and take on broad responsibility to oversee finance, logistics and customer service. Over time it will become more of a leadership role as new team members are appointed to take on specialist roles across these functions. Key Responsibilities: Oversee business accounting, including financial reporting, cash flow management, and compliance with GST and BAS requirements. Manage invoicing, cost monitoring, and the integrity of financial data Coordinate with external tax accountants and ensure all accounting information is accurately uploaded into the financial system. Handle stock ordering, inventory reporting, and port clearance documentation. Manage a 3PL logistics partnership. Maintain productive relationships with key customers and ensure high standards of customer service are met. Skills & Qualifications Required: Strong financial management skills with proven experience managing accounting and administration within Australian companies. Global company experience would be highly valued. Tertiary qualification in Accounting and knowledge of foreign currency management are essential. Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems. Dynamics 365 would be beneficial, but not essential. Ideally the successful candidate would be based within a 30 minute commute of Mona Vale on the Northern Beaches. This is to allow regular connection to other senior leaders. What’s on Offer? Full-time position working from home with regular interaction with other leaders.
