Support the committee groups with your excellent secretariat skills Based in Sydney CBD, with a hybrid working option 12-month, non-ongoing maternity leave cover An APS 5 Administrative and Procurement Support Officer role has become available in this Federal Government agency, to provide corporate services and high-quality secretariat assistance including procurement and finance, committee travel arrangements and administrative support for the National Standard Programs. You will be contributing to the corporate functions by organising the meeting and events logistics, managing the procurement activities including processing invoices and approval documentation process and assisting with other secretarial duties as required such as drafting ministerial briefs and meeting minutes. This is a 12-month, non-ongoing maternity leave cover and will see you utilizing your strong coordination and organizational skills to support a large team and dynamic stakeholders.
