A rare opportunity has arisen for a dynamic, driven, and passionate Sales Consultant to join our talented team within the Completed Homes division. A true market innovator, Henley continues to lead the way in the latest in new home design, pioneering sustainable and environmental initiatives across our extensive range of new homes. About the Role In this varied role, you will be facilitating the sales of Henley’s completed homes and pre-construction packages. This role is responsible for: Consulting with clients, determining their needs and providing relevant and accurate sales information regarding our completed homes. Generating leads by following up customers and database management. Conduct open homes and private inspections. Actively demonstrating 'service excellence', providing outstanding service to our clients and being actively engaged. Following the Henley sales procedure. Contributing something special to the energy, culture and expertise of our business. About You With proven success, you’re a top performer who understands clients’ needs and can provide workable solutions to suit their requirements. You are a team player who always keeps the client experience front of mind. You must be available to work weekends and willing to travel to facilitate sales within the growth corridors of Melbourne. You demonstrate: Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to build strong relationships. Excellent time management and organisational skills. High teamwork, enthusiasm and focus on team goals but also the ability to work autonomously. Flexibility, adaptability and the ability to thrive under pressure. Knowledge and experience of the real estate and new home construction industry. This includes high confidence in understanding supporting documentation including building contracts, title information and contracts of sale. A high-achieving mentality with a proven track record in achieving targets. Clear, confident communication and ability to work with a diverse customer base. Positive attitude, resilience, tenacity, drive and self-motivation. Ability to be accountable and lead by example.
