Some of the duties and responsibilities cover the following areas: - Generalist Humam Resources & Administration duties - Recruitment Administration - New Starter Onboarding Administration - Learning and Development Administration - Assist in the Hilton Rewards and Recognition - Work Health and Safety duties and responsibility About You - A competent Human Resources Administrator who has at least one year experience - Sound understanding of the payroll system, employment regulations, legislation and compliances - Strong organisational skills and attention to detail - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Strong Microsoft Suite skills (especially Excel) and tech-savvy - Able to work 30 hours a week - The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure - Full Australian working rights (no sponsorship is being offered) - Ideally resides in Western Australia Applicants from different states are certainly welcome.
