They aim to provide a high level of service to their clients within accounting and financial services. The Role An opportunity has arose for a ambitious Administration Assistant to join their team due to an internal promotion. This role is responsible for providing administration support to the accountants and clients. Your key responsibilities will include: Email correspondence with clients Scanning, filing and archiving when necessary Maintaining the client database Updating client information such as change of name or address Liaising with the ATO and ASIC on behalf of clients Preparing letters and other documentation for clients Lodgements of documentation through the ATO portal Title searches and company searches through ASIC Registering and deregistering companies Establishing new companies, trusts, partnerships, SMSF Applications for TFN, ABN, GST and Workcover Collating tax returns and lodgements of income tax returns Any other adhoc administration as required About You Experience working in an accounting firm in a similar role Exceptional customer service skills A positive and hard working attitude Be a people person and love talking to new people Microsoft Office Suite experience High attention to detail Benefits Annual salary reviews Career progression Ongoing internal training Regular team social events How to Apply To apply for this role, please submit your resume through the APPLY button.
