The Opportunity As Academic Administrator you will carry out a range of planning, scheduling, coordination and resource management tasks to provide academic support to the business. This includes providing administrative support to the academic team, coordinating the allocation of teaching staff and students, and organising data, reporting, and documentation across processes. The role is part-time - 3 days per week (we need someone to work Monday and Thursday with the third day being either Tuesday or Wednesday). This role is for a 12 month contract. About You To be successful in this role you will have: · Highly developed interpersonal skills and excellent written skills · Proficiency with the Microsoft suite including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel · Proficiency with Salesforce · High level personal organisational skills and ability to work independently · Strong attention to detail and processes · Ability to meet tight timelines · Ability to coordinate multiple functions, prioritise and manage time effectively · High-level problem-solving skills · Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and build successful relationships with multiple stakeholders About OES OES is a vibrant and values led organisation, and we are passionate about enhancing lives through education.
