The Sales Specialist collaborates with the sales leadership team and sales reps, working closely with enablement, product, and marketing teams to facilitate the upskilling of sales staff and enhance Vocus's value proposition. They ensure a significant positive impact on deal sizes, related product penetration, pipeline growth, and predictable sales cycles while effectively managing numerous account managers and demonstrating the ability to scale their efforts. Responsibilities: Subject Matter Expertise: Serve as a subject matter expert within account teams, providing valuable insights and perspectives to customers, helping them re-frame their thinking around business issues. Sales Quota Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed sales quotas, demonstrating the ability to scale efforts through existing account teams, ensuring collaboration rather than taking over deals. Customer Engagement: Strategically engage with customers to create a buyer preference towards Vocus, leveraging deep industry knowledge and expertise. Skills: Strong expertise in UCaaS, CPaaS, CCaaS and ability to act as a subject matter expert. Ability to drive pipeline and sales growth through multiple account managers, demonstrating scalability and impact. Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to challenge and adapt to organizational constraints, driving innovation and positive change without disrupting team cohesion.
