Your Opportunity Mission Australia is looking for a skilled IT Cloud Systems Administrator to manage our technology infrastructure, including end-user support, servers and Autopilot. Ensuring the optimal design and maintenance of Mission Australia's technology stack, with a focus on stability, minimal performance issues, and always maintaining security across our platforms. You will adhere to the processes and policies of MA IT, ensuring all new requirements for processes related to Azure, and certificate management are properly documented and approved. We are looking for someone who can demonstrate an outstanding customer service culture through positive communication, both in writing and verbally, with all stakeholders involved in the Azure cloud environment. Your key responsibilities will be to: Ensure optimal design and maintenance of MA's technology stack, with a focus on stability, minimal performance issues, and always maintaining security Ensure that the necessary tools, processes, and systems needed to operate the Azure cloud environment are effectively managed and maintained Review findings from internal or external audits and identify remediation activities to be implemented in the Azure cloud environment as agreed Demonstrate an outstanding customer service culture through positive communication, both in writing and verbally, with all stakeholders involved in the Azure cloud environment Handle and address infrastructure and security incidents and requests daily, and serve as the third-level support for all services and infrastructure in the Azure cloud environment Take ownership of managing and maintaining the MA Hybrid Exchange system in the Azure cloud environment Manage and maintain the MDM and EUC CI's, including regularly applying updates and ensuring that all policies comply with MA's security standards and best practices Build and maintain effective working relationships with service support, technology, and business application teams to facilitate communication and collaboration on technology issues and initiatives Provide technical expertise and advice during the scoping, requirements gathering, and design phases of projects that involve the Azure Cloud infrastructure and systems Assist in the implementation of cloud infrastructure and systems projects, including modifications, installations, and updates Requirements for Success Minimum 5 years’ experience in an infrastructure and cloud support and security role Formal qualifications/certification in Microsoft cloud technologies / Architecture such as MCSE, Microsoft Certified (AZ-104 and AZ-900) or Microsoft 365 Certified (Level 2 or 3) Excellent and detailed knowledge of managing, monitoring, and maintaining IaaS Cloud, especially Microsoft Azure, as well as Cloud Automation and Optimisation Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Azure AD, Intune, MDM, Office 365, Certificate Services Experience with Windows Server technologies: Server 2012-2019 Experience with Windows Desktop technologies: Windows 10/11 and Autopilot procedures Ability to automate tasks using PowerShell and Kusto Query Language Excellent customer service and communication skills (written and verbal) Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, with an inquisitive nature and strong problem-solving skills Before starting work with us, you will need to undertake a national police history check, qualifications, and referee checks.
