Reporting to the Facilities & Assets Manager, the Asset Management System Administrator will be responsible for the effective operation and support of the Asset Management System (AMS), assisting in the efficient and effective delivery of airport operations through the physical assets. Key responsibilities : Managing the accurate, efficient and effective delivery of asset records by ensuring all records are correctly inputted into the AMS. Ensuring the AMS is performing at required levels by: Ensuring verification and accuracy of information Troubleshooting issues directly or as first point of contact with vendors Developing, writing and executing code in the AMS (Python/ SQL) Working with AMS system databases Ensuring the provision of efficient and accurate records by developing an understanding of WSI’s organisational structure and functions. Deliver timely delivery information to the relevant WSI departments. Ensuring the AMS is managed, maintained and accessible in accordance with Airport policies and procedures, delivering the operational needs of WSI. Liaising with the various WSI departments to ensure customer objectives and expectations are met, utilising feedback to identify and implement system or process improvements. Assisting management with the development, implementation, monitoring of strategies, policies and procedures for records management, including the establishment of KPI’s that meet current and future needs of WSI. Ensuring records are registered, maintained, archived and disposed of, in compliance with WSI policies and procedures. Undertaking quality audits and develop reports as requested. About You Minimum of 5 years’ experience working with an asset management system / CMMS. Previous experience in a similar role working within a complex asset / facility management environment or large complex projects (eg. infrastructure/tunnels/mining). A high level of proficiency and experience in coding – Python and/or SQL coding Experience with using Hexagon EAM is highly desired. A high level of written and verbal communication skills with a diverse and broad range of stakeholders. Track record of building trusting and collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Have a quality-orientation, high attention to detail, checking all tasks, outputs and processes for accuracy and quality, seeking to make improvements where possible. Demonstrate excellent record keeping, time-management and project management skills. Effective organisational skills including planning, aligning, and situational adaptability/change and ability to manage conflicting priorities. Ability to work under limited direction, achieving high quality results by taking a shared responsibility for setting priorities, organising workloads and meeting prescribed or self-imposed deadlines. Must have a keen sense of initiative by being a self-starter, with a proactive approach to tasks and collaborations. Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office packages.
