What You'll Do As our People and Capability Systems Administrator, you will be central in the management of our HR, Safety and Quality technology. You’ll manage, support, and optimise our platforms to drive efficient and effective processes. You will be pivotal in ensuring our systems and processes enhance the employee experience and support our work. Your responsibilities will include: Coordinate the HRIS, LMS, and other platforms, including platform configurations, user management, system workflows and updates. Provide guidance and training to ensure successful use of systems Act as the liaison between Payroll and People & Culture, manage new starter data, and ensure compliance with payroll deadlines. Ensure accuracy and security of employee data, generate and manage reports and dashboards, including Power BI. Identify system enhancements Who You Are We are looking for a motivated and experienced professional who is enthusiastic about systems and the impact they have on supporting our team members, their work and fostering a positive workplace culture. You will have: Proven experience in administering HR systems and managing HR processes, data and reporting. Strong skills in Microsoft applications (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, SharePoint) with intermediate Excel skills for reporting. Experience with administrative payroll functions, with ADP payroll software experience desirable High attention to detail, commitment to continuous improvement Demonstrated passion for Women’s Rights, social change and contributing to an organisation that advocates for equality through influencing Successful candidates will need to complete the following pre-employment requirements: National Criminal History Check Valid State-Based Working with Children Permit Don’t meet every single requirement?
