Your new role Based in Toowoomba, the Client Services Administrator will report to the National Client Services Manager and very quickly become a key member of our operations team by performing crucial activities to support our day-to-day business operations. This is a full-time position with ongoing employment. Key responsibilities for this role will include: Booking of travel and accommodation and other daily requirements Accurate and timely data entry into various systems used by the organisation Processing our client’s booking requests across multiple locations Ordering and stock take of supplies such as stationery and consumables Distribution and maintenance of service delivery materials General reception duties including answering incoming calls and attending to walk-in enquiries Greeting clients on arrival to ensure an outstanding customer experience from the onset etc. Skills and Experience Demonstrated ability to prioritise with competing tasks Ability to manage a schedule and ensure commercial viability Well versed in Microsoft Office Exceptional attention to detail whilst multi-tasking Experience working autonomously and as a team player Professional and confident phone etiquette Well-presented and highly punctual Ability to start at 7:30am and finish at 4pm What you'll get in return You will join a great business in a role that offers excellent opportunity for you to directly support and impact day-to-day business operations whilst earning a competitive salary Super.
