About the Role This is a permanent part-time position of approximately 20hours per week. Would suit school hours - no weekend work required. Provide excellent customer service and administrative support at our Over 50's Lifestyle Community, reporting to the Community Manager. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES Front Office Administration • Ensure a high level of customer service is always maintained • Assist guests and residents with all questions and reasonable requests • Greet residents and guests in a warm and friendly manner • Register any issues in terms of housekeeping, maintenance, office, common areas etc. • Use of computer programmes and MS Office to maintain databases in relation to guests and residents • Ensure that guests/residents are informed of additional activities, events, higher end products etc. • Answering incoming calls, action faxes and emails and sort mail • Attend to general receptionist duties including filing • Any other duties as assigned by management Relationship Management • Actively foster and support a positive working relationship with all team members, following correct reporting lines at all times • Show absolute care and empathy towards the needs of our customers, communicate with genuine care and engage in positive relationships while maintaining professional conduct • For enquiries that are external to your area of responsibility refer to the relevant department • Encourage a positive working correlation with Support Offices Experience / Requirements . National Police Check .
