Position: Childcare Educator (Early Childhood Teacher) Location: Randwick, Sydney Type: Full-Time Offering: $35-$40 per hour Responsibilities: As a Preschool Educator, you will play a vital role in providing a safe, stimulating and supportive learning environment for our young learners. Your responsibilities will include: Planning and implementing age-appropriate educational programs that align with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS). Collaborating with a team of educators to design engaging activities, ensuring children's individual needs and interests are met. Promoting health and safety practices within the preschool environment. Building strong partnerships with families and fostering a sense of community within the daycare To be successful in this role, you should possess: Diploma or Bachelor in early childhood education and care A valid Working with Children Check (WWCC) A genuine passion for working with young children and a commitment to their growth and development Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team Knowledge and understanding of the EYLF and NQS.
