Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities: General day to day administration and coordination of projects as requested High attention to detail and Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Be able to respond in a timely manner to all maintenance requests. Excellent organisation and time management skills Critical thinking and problem-solving skills Proactive approach seeking new responsibilities Develop relationships with customers. Ensure that all customers receive regular reporting A high standard of personal integrity, self-discipline, and responsibility. Excellent written and verbal communications, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
