About the Role This role involves taking full accountability for the day-to-day management of the office and facilities. Key responsibilities include managing sub-contractors (e.g., cleaning, waste, and hygiene services) and liaising with important stakeholders such as the Body Corporate, Wesfarmers Ind & Safety Facilities Manager, and our fleet management company, Custom Fleet. Additionally, the role requires providing ad hoc administrative support to the Executive Assistant team, ensuring seamless operations and effective stakeholder management. What you’ll be doing Management of a preventative maintenance system Tracking maintenance and liaising with contractors Assist with fleet management and coordination of fleet vehicles Focus on continuous improvement Maintaining office standards for meeting rooms, kitchens, and equipment First point of contact for office and facilities maintenance Processing new vendor requests and invoices for facilities or admin-related expenses Working alongside the front desk reception team, including reception relief Assistance with general administrative tasks (catering, birthday cards and gifts, event support and office-wide communication) as required Who we’re looking for At our company, we value not only our great brands but also the people and teams that drive our success.
