What your day would look like: First point of contact for all customers Answering and diverting phone calls Maintain the office diary/calendar Helping with Property Management administration and working closely with the PM team Oversee the key register Taking rent receipts and processing of daily banking Data Entry Conduct tenancy checks Manage office supplies Ensure the front office is neat and tidy Who they're looking for: Hold a Certificate of Registration Prior experience in the Real Estate industry preferred Excellent attention to detail Immaculate customer service Well presented What are the perks of this role?
