Let's get into the details Why should I apply? 12-month fixed term contract with a salary package of up to $80,000 package per annum (depending on exp and qualifications) IMMEDIATE START Work with a team of professionals, who challenge, empower and collaborate Be a part of something BIG and have a real impact Burwood location, close to everything OK, so what's the actual job Office Assistance across 2 offices Burwood and CBD (Primary Responsibility). Ensure Reception and entry to office is well maintained at all times Collecting, sorting and dispatching mail. Coordinate deliveries with freight companies. Greeting and assisting visitors as needed. Ordering and taking stock of office supplies and stationery. Maintaining printers. Organizing catering. Coordinating events as necessary. Booking travel arrangements for staff. Ad-hoc administrative tasks Accounts Receivable (Secondary responsibility): Recording customers payments in Xero. Send invoices to customers. Send statements and payment reminders to customers. Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues relating to payment delays. Reconcile customer payments in the accounting system. Sending debtors reports to management. You will be considered if you can demonstrate Experience working on a Reception and providing customer service. High emotional intelligence and gut instinct to make decisions or know when to ask for help Persistence, resilience and positivity to understand that some days go well, and some days don’t, it’s all about how you move forward and your positive attitude. High level of integrity and strong personal values as we really value that Excellent Time management skills Detail-oriented and diligent Good with technology, ideally Xero, ELMO and IT Quoter knowledge and experience Experience within a fast-paced role Excellent written and verbal skills Qualifications in accounting are preferred We look forward to hearing from you
