Our Night Patrol Vans, supported by corporate giving, donations, and sponsorship are specially equipped vehicles that operate 7 nights a week, offering warm drinks, light refreshments, social connection, information and referral, and essential items to the community, operated by a volunteer team who support those experiencing or are at risk of homelessness. The Position The Night Patrol Administration Officer is responsible for providing comprehensive administration support to the Night Patrol Program. This will include but not be limited to: Night Patrol volunteer shift confirmation, onboarding, and maintenance of records within the provision of the Privacy Act. Coordination of the Night Patrol calendar including scheduling logistics and donation pickups, vehicle maintenance, roster vacancies. Daily follow up of shift reports and volunteer liaison as necessary. Creating and developing positive working relationships with stakeholders.
