Join our team of change makers Your new role Title: Administration Assistant - Central Systems Employment Type: Full Time Fixed Term Contract - 10 months Location: Bendigo Salary: $30 per hour This position will be a part of team, who are responsible for operational excellence and outcomes. We are responsible for the technology networks, systems and the administration of work, health, and safety compliance in our hubs. We work together to provide data and information to assist our EI employees. We support our team members with the resources required to enable productivity across the organisation. If you started last week, this is some of the things you may have been doing: Onboarding of new starters within relevant systems Process organisational purchases, such as flights accommodation Work Health & Safety audits and actioned maintenance requirements. What do you need for this role? Demonstrated experience in administration role/s and/or customer service Strong communication skills, with demonstrated ability to build relationships with key stakeholders Ability to prioritise and influence - enabling the delivery of practical solutions within timelines Ability to work with KPI targets Experience or knowledge with risk prevention and management Ability to compile, analyse and present statistical data Experience or knowledge with Skedulo What’s in it for you?
