After only 6 years in operation, we own and manage over AU$1 billion in hotel assets currently located across NSW and QLD. Our growth phase has escalated with exciting plans that include a new hotel opening in Adelaide in 2026 and Canberra in 2027, with aspirations for further Australian & overseas expansion. The Role: Reporting to the Business Development Director, Corporate & Events, this position is responsible for significant contribution toward achieving our Corporate FIT and Residential Conference targets for Crystalbrook Collections three Hotels in Cairns FNQ. The role will require a mix of reactive and proactive sales to generate and convert corporate and event RFPS across Crystalbrook Collections Cairns Hotels, Function Rooms and Venues. As a key member of the sales team, it is expected that you will develop innovative sales strategies to drive and maximise revenue. You will naturally: Identify key demand periods and develop targeted revenue generation strategies Develop a structured plan to nurture customers and ensure long-term business growth Drive negotiations to generate maximum market share for Crystalbrook Collection in Cairns Build product appeal with a dynamic and creative sales approach, while demonstrating expertise in customer engagement and entertainment Leverage industry events and networking opportunities to generate leads Harness technology and processes to foster effective collaboration and streamline operations We are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager with a strong background in Corporate & Event Sales in Hotels.
