With a national presence and a head office in Sydney’s CBD, this passionate team is committed to revolutionising the energy landscape through innovative solar solutions. Due to an exciting growth phase, they are now seeking a driven and solutions-focused Solar B2B Sales Executive, who will play a crucial role in driving the company’s growth. This will be achieved by prospecting and forging strong relationships with key decision makers in the SME commercial sector throughout the Sydney market. The Sales Executive will be responsible for sales prospecting, delivering sales presentations, provision of exceptional customer service and product advice, and delivering product training. This is an initial 12-month contract with the potential for extension. The role is based in Sydney with travel across the Greater Sydney region. Key responsibilities will include: Identify and target potential commercial businesses interested in solar energy solutions. Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets and revenue goals. Utilise various channels to generate leads, including networking events, industry associations, and online platforms. Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to contract signing, negotiating terms and pricing. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the implementation process to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction. To be successful you will need: Minimum 5 years’ experience in the solar energy industry, with a proven track record in business development within the B2B market. A strong network of contacts within the commercial sector, particularly with business owners and decision-makers. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and compelling manner. Self-motivation and be results-driven, with a passion for driving business growth. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. Experience in sales presentations, sales prospecting, and the ability to meet targets and KPI’s. A clean Australian Drivers Licence. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is highly desirable.
