OUR PURPOSE IS ‘TO PROTECT’ WE CARE, WE WORK TOGETHER, WE MAKE A DIFFERENCE Administration/Customer Support Officer Permanent full-time role available (7.25 hr days) Office based role in Speers Point with onsite parking available About the role: In this role, you will provide valuable and productive administration and customer service support to the Coal Services Health business unit. You will be respectful towards customers and have a strong understanding of privacy and confidentiality guidelines to be able to accurately respond to queries and report requests. Your typical day will include: Quality check, administer and coordinate the delivery of medical assessments Manage incoming calls via a call queue Address any incoming emails Maintaining accurate information and file management Providing general administrative support About you: Your education, experience and skills include: HSC or TAFE equivalent Cert III in Business Administration (desirable) Dedicated team player with a focus on customer service excellence Competent in the use of Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel Friendly and professional outlook combined with a strong work ethic Discretion and the ability to keep information confidential Ability to organise and prioritise workload Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills Previous administration experience in a medical practice or scheduling and appointment allocation (desirable) Demonstrated behaviours aligned to our company values and culture - we care, we work together, we make a difference What we offer: Friendly, welcoming and supportive team culture Permanent, full-time role in our Speers Point office 7.25-hour days, Monday to Friday Base salary of $61,020.58 5 weeks annual leave plus 20% leave loading 18 days personal leave & 3 days family and emergency leave Additional company holidays at Easter and Christmas Access to onsite gym and onsite parking Professional Development days Reward and Recognition program Access to retailer discounts via Smart Spending App Access to Employee Assistance Program and novated leasing About us: Coal Services is a Specialised Health and Safety Scheme that provides an integrated suite of services to help identify, assess, monitor, and control many risks inherent in the NSW coal mining industry.
