Description Position: Contract Support Administration Officer Position Purpose: As a Contract Support Administration Officer, you will support the Contract team in our Sydney office. Your primary responsibilities include ensuring accurate measurement of personnel, maintaining confidential information, and supporting the Contract Manager to uphold our high standards of contract operations. Key Responsibilities: Customer Service: Foster good relations with customers and deliver service excellence. Maintain accurate customer orders and files. Assist with various projects as directed by the Contract Manager. Garment Measurement & Fittings: Attend customer measuring sessions, including travel. Accurately measure personnel and conduct fittings for new recruits. Maintain and ensure accuracy of customer files. Manual Lifting Tasks: Handle and move heavy boxes frequently within the Sydney office. Administration Support: Provide contract and general administration support as needed. OH&S Responsibilities: Adhere to safe working procedures and policies. Participate in resolving safety issues and report hazards. Information Security: Comply with ADA Information Security Policies. Report security risks and breaches to the IT Department. Key Communications: Internal: Work with Sales & Marketing to provide effective client feedback. Support the Contract Manager with delivery of information for forecasts, reporting, and commercial outcomes. External: Develop customer relations, conduct fittings, maintain data, and ensure client satisfaction. Qualifications/Experience: Administration experience is desired Excellent customer service skills. Solid written and verbal communication skills. Computer literacy. Licenses/Permits: Current National Police Check. Current Driver’s License. Knowledge/Skills: Excellent organizational skills. Professional presentation. Ability to work independently and in a team. Interpersonal Skills: Proactive in delivering value to customers. Accepts accountability. Flexible, personable, and confidential. Self-motivated and enjoys driving.
