An exciting opportunity exists for a detailed administrator to join the International Trade team at CCIWA. About the Role The International Trade and Investment Centre (ITIC) is a dedicated business unit committed to empowering Western Australian businesses. With a passion for facilitating import/export strategies, enhancing sales, and fostering investment readiness, we serve as trusted partners in navigating the complexities of international trade. As an administrator in the ITIC team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the team by handling various administrative tasks efficiently and effectively. This includes ensuring prompt and accurate processing of international trade documentation for clients and being a point of contact for clients who are utilising the international trade service. This is a full time, permanent position based in the Perth CBD and is available for immediate commencement. About You Your attention to detail will be your greatest asset. In a dynamic environment where precision is crucial, your meticulous approach to tasks will ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the international trade services. You will also possess: Demonstrated experience in administration and customer service Ability to work and learn both collaboratively and independently Excellent communication and customer service skills High attention to detail Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise work Some experience in export documentation will be highly regarded, but not essential Key responsibilities include: Providing a range of administrative support such as scanning, filing, and mailing Processing, issuing and invoicing Certificates of Origin and associated documentation Point of contact for AMCL queries & leads (Australian Made Campaign Ltd) Prepare Ambassador visit meetings/scheduling.
