They are seeking an Indigenous identified candidate as a member of the administration team in the Sydney CBD office. Your position duties and responsibilities include, but not limited to; Provide administrative support to the Digital Systems Integration team and other parts of the business Provide support to the Human Resource team including recruitment activities. Provide support for events, conferences, internal and external meetings. Organising meetings, preparing agenda’s and minute taking. Maintain office filing and storage systems. Assist with preparation of newsletter. Organise staff team diaries. General office duties, including answering phone calls and reception. Other duties as directed. Our client is ideally looking for someone with; Good understanding of general administration and document control. Be highly organised with the ability to multi-task and set priorities. MS office suite including Word, Excel and Outlook. Must have high level attention to detail and accuracy. Be reliable, friendly and have can-do attitude. Ability to work independently.
