Rare opportunity to lead & manage the Fleet Sales team, oversee client relationships and drive high performance at a reputable Mazda dealership Role As a Automotive Fleet Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and driving the sales of vehicles to businesses and organisations that require a fleet. This role involves developing and executing sales strategies, managing client relationships, negotiating contracts, and leading a sales team to achieve targets. Create and execute effective sales plans to achieve fleet sales targets, including identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. Establish and maintain long term relationships with corporate clients, government agencies, and other organisations requiring fleet services. Lead negotiations on pricing, financing, and contracts, ensuring both customer satisfaction and company profitability. Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve sales goals. Monitor sales performance, prepare regular reports and make data driven decisions to optimise results. You To be considered for this role, you must be able to demonstrate the below: At least 5 years’ experience in Automotive Sales, focusing on Fleet Management. Proven success in meeting and exceeding sales targets. Valid Driver's Licence and a clean driving record. Strong leadership, communication and negotiation skills.
